Popular Texas parks, campgrounds could be closed this Memorial Day
You can blame all the heavy rain we've seen recently. Lake Waco was full two weeks ago. Now, it's 20 feet over and is flooding nearby areas. Some water is being released through the dam to get things back to normal, but it will take time.
