PETA pushes for holographic replacement of Punxsutawney Phil

PETA wants the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club to finally let Phil and his family retire from their Groundhog Day duties. And in return, PETA has offered to pay for a massive, state-of-the-art 3D projection of a groundhog each year, complete with vocal weather predictions.
