Partner recalls DeSoto shooting victim as devoted father and veteran
The partner of a 36-year-old man who was fatally shot in a DeSoto neighborhood is remembering him as a devoted father and veteran. Police said surveillance video shows 32-year-old Joseph Bryant shooting Sanders after the two exchanged words during an ongoing dispute.
