Oil tanker crash in Plano sends used motor oil into White Rock Creek
Authorities in Plano are responding to a hazardous spill after an oil tanker crashed this afternoon at Spring Creek Parkway and Windhaven Parkway, releasing used motor oil onto the roadway. The oil has pooled along the street and flowed into storm drains, reaching White Rock Creek. Firefighters are working to contain the spill. Two people were hurt in the crash, but police say their injuries are not serious.
