New study finds nearly 70% of adults experience significant sleep problems
According to a new study, researchers tracked the sleep of working men and women in the U.K. between the ages of 50 and 66 for a year using wearable devices. They found that nearly 70% experienced persistent and clinically significant sleep problems, mostly linked to work-related stress.
