Most North Texas school districts closed again Thursday due to icy roads
Dallas ISD, the area's largest district, said that neighborhood streets are still too dangerous for school buses to navigate. Fort Worth and Arlington ISDs are among the districts that are opening on Thursday. Lacey Beasley reports.
