Man accused of throwing wife's body into Lake Lewisville was wearing ankle monitor
A Plano man accused of throwing his wife’s body into Lake Lewisville was also charged back in September with aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was out on bond and wearing a GPS ankle monitor when his wife went missing last weekend.
