Hundreds of people rescued from Texas flooding as threat decreases Friday
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Thursday there have been at least 230 water rescues and two deaths after days of heavy rainfall led to five rivers reaching major flood stage. Lacey Beasley reports.
