Home prices hit record high in September

Home prices continue to rise in September for the eighth month in a row. Mortgage rates remained above 7% in September but historically low inventory continues to raise home prices. In fact, they remain at an all-time high in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit and several other cities.
