Hearing over temporary restraining order against surrogate
Earlier this month, a surrogate from Alaska gave birth in North Texas to a baby with a severe heart condition. The biological parents in California had asked her prior to birth to terminate the pregnancy due to the diagnosis. But the surrogate refused and now wants custody of the boy. Tuesday's hearing will discuss a temporary restraining order against the surrogate.
