Gina Hinojosa sues Gov. Abbott over Elon Musk communications
In Austin, Hinojsa announced she's suing to get access to Abbott's communication with Elon Musk, saying Musk donated to Abbott's campaign, and he's getting tax breaks for his businesses in Texas. The Abbott campaign called it a stunt and said it is filing to have the case dismissed.
