Garland teen charged after two juveniles shot at local park, police say
Garland police say a 17‑year‑old, Edwin Vega, has been charged with aggravated assault after two other teenagers were shot at a park on Tuesday afternoon. Both victims were taken to the hospital, and one remains in critical condition. Investigators say four teens were involved, and officers are now working with the school district to locate the fourth individual.
