Fort Worth breaks ground on Bomber Spur Trail
"The Bomber Spur rail line actually was built in the 1940's during World War II to transport bombs from the Air Force Plant Four. known as the Bomber Plant. Now, of course, Lockheed Martin to the former Carswell Air Force Base and now the Naval Air Station in Fort Worth," Mayor Mattie Parker said.
