The nation’s largest known outbreak of cyclospora continues to expand, with new cases confirmed in Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and North Carolina – all linked to recalled iceberg lettuce. Michigan, the hardest‑hit state, has reported two deaths in people with underlying conditions.
