Family suing cement truck driver in deadly Bastrop County school bus crash
A total of six lawsuits are being filed against the driver of a cement truck, Jerry Hernandez, and his employer, FJ and Concrete, after an adult and a 5-year-old were killed in a school bus crash. The bus had nearly 50 pre-K students on board.
