EPA issues early fuel waiver to help ease gas prices starting Sept. 1
The EPA will end summer‑blend gasoline requirements early, allowing higher‑vapor‑pressure fuel with 10% ethanol to be sold beginning Sept. 1 in hopes of boosting supply and lowering prices.
