Eagle Pass under state of emergency due to increase in migrant crossings
Large groups of migrants are gathered on the Mexico side of the U.S. border at Eagle Pass, Texas, which is under a state of emergency. It is just one Texas city, though, along the border with Mexico that is now facing a sudden increase in the number of migrants either gathering or crossing over into Texas.
