Deadly Oak Cliff explosion spurs new lawsuit against Atmos Energy
Another lawsuit has been filed regarding the deadly gas explosion at a Dallas apartment complex. Owners of the complex are suing Atmos Energy after investigators say they found the May explosion was caused by a construction crew that hit a gas line that they say failed to properly mark. Three people were killed that day. Dozens of family homes were destroyed.
