Dallas Strip Clubs Ask Judge To Keep New Rules From Going Into Effect

Nearly two months after the City Council passed rules to shut down adult oriented businesses at 2 a.m. every night, that order has yet to be enforced. Now, Dallas strip clubs are asking a judge to throw them out entirely.
