Dallas shooting victim survives after being shot four times while walking dog
A 51-year-old man survived after police say a teen shot him four times while he was walking his dog in southeast Dallas. Witness video shows the victim’s dog, Stella, staying by his side as paramedics treated him and police searched for the suspect.
