Dallas police officer paralyzed from the neck down after small plane crash in Forney
Forney police said three people were inside the aircraft. Later, the Dallas Police Department confirmed in a statement that all three were off-duty officers. The Dallas Police Association said on Facebook that the officers were returning from a personal trip and asked for thoughts and prayers.
