The Cotton Bowl is nearly ready to host the Red River Showdown next month after a year-and-a-half of renovations. Updates include 14 new escalators, multi-level west entrances, expanded concourses with outdoor terraces, and more restrooms and concessions. Despite the modern upgrades, architects prioritized preserving the stadium’s historic character.
