Community fairs offer free school supplies across Tarrant County
United Way of Tarrant County and Artes de la Rosa are teaming up to host multiple community fairs that provide free school supplies, backpacks, and even haircuts. With three events happening on Saturday, families can get set up for a strong start to the school year.
