Cleo Hearn’s absence felt at this year's Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo

For the first time in decades, Cleo Hearn will not be at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, but the Cowboys of Color event he founded will ride on in his honor, celebrating diversity and the cowboy values he lived by.
