CBS Texas's Carmen Blackwell and Madison Sawyer win Reliant charity pumpkin decorating contest
With the win, $3,000 will go toward the Tara Sawyer Foundation, a program named after Madison’s late sister-in-law, Tara. Reliant gave out $15,000 in total to 11 different charities.
