Captured Tarrant County inmate says he was inspired by another inmate's escape

The inmate – identified as 26‑year‑old Victor Castillo – walked away from a work detail at a laundry facility located at 5400 Resource Drive. Twenty-four hours prior, an inmate escaped from a jail transport van.
