Bitter cold wind chills expected for North Texas ahead of thawing on Tuesday

An extreme cold warning is in effect for all of North Texas until Tuesday morning. Winds from the north around 5 to 10 mph will make temperatures feel even cooler by 5 to 10 degrees. Overnight and morning feel-like temperatures will be dangerously cold, even feeling as low as -10 degrees.
