Arlington begins enforcing indoor vaping ban this weekend

Arlington has begun enforcing its new ban on indoor vaping as part of an expansion of the city’s smoke‑free ordinance. The rules also prohibit vaping within 15 feet of a nightclub and within 50 feet of public park amenities, including playgrounds, bleachers, and athletic fields. Anyone caught violating the new law faces a fine ranging from $25 to $200 for a first offense.
