Wednesday Evening Update:

A windy night for DFW as an outflow boundary from storms east of Dallas blew thru.  That outflow did trigger a few storms, but most areas didn't see any rain.  Instead, we had wind gusts to 35 mph in some locations.  Below are a look at peak wind gusts this evening.

TONIGHT'S FORECAST

A few spotty showers will be possible mainly over the western half of North Texas, but most of us will stay dry and mild with lows in the 70s.

THURSDAY'S FORECAST

Much like today, it will be breezy, muggy and warm.  There will be isolated showers and storms bubbling up tomorrow like we saw today.  But coverage will be low.

FRIDAY'S FORECAST

There is the chance a dying thunderstorm complex will cross the Red River Thursday night into Friday morning.  That could lead to some rain early Friday morning for some.  Otherwise, partly cloudy and warm again.  10% chance of a pop-up storm in DFW, slightly higher chance north.
