Website Allows Smart Meter Customers To Monitor Energy Use
The Public Utility Commission has launched a Web site that allows electric customers with Smart Meters to see how much energy they're using. When the meter has been in place for at least 60 days, customers will be able to go to online, and see their energy consumption recorded in 15 minute intervals.
Oncor has been under fire for their smart meters after some customers allege their bills went up after the meters were installed. Click here to go to the new website.
