Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Arrested In Duncanville

DUNCANVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) – One of Texas' most wanted was arrested in Duncanville this week.  Frederick Davis, 25, was arrested at a Duncanville home on August 14, the same day he was added to the Texas Department of Public Safety Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive List.

Davis was wanted for parole violation, burglary, and violation of a protective order.  Police say he was a known gang member and considered armed and dangerous.  Davis' criminal history also includes aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault causing bodily injury to a family member, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of marijuana, abandon/endanger a child without intent to return, and
unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Duncanville police and officers from the Attorney General's office tracked Davis down and arrested him without incident as the result of investigative leads.  He was not arrested as the result of a tip.  Davis was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Dallas County jail.

Another of Texas' most wanted was caught in Juarez, Mexico thanks to a tip.  Carlos Rios, 22, was brought back to El Paso, where he was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and violation of probation.  A $3,000 reward will be paid for his capture.
