TCU Baseball Team Gets Pumped For Season With Intro Video

FORT WORTH (CSBDFW.COM) - Opening day can't get here fast enough for the sporting news new number one college baseball team in the nation.

"We like that. I'm mean we think we are a good team and we defiantly feel like we can get to the College World Series at the end win it this time," says confident TCU outfielder Keaton Jones.

Every year, the Frogs really start getting fired up for the season when they get together to make their annual intro video, which plays on the big screen here at the ballpark

Shot last month in a field just off Hulen Street, this year's video is called on our honor.

"We got permission from the fire dept. and they knew what we were doing," says Jim Schlossnagle

"It's more of an insight to our program which is really special to see. There is not that many places out there that displays their core covenants and what they believe in," says Pitcher Preston Morrison.

And those core covenants are the fabric of the Frogs team.

"Its an acronym SEE, which stands for, selflessness, excellence and energy," says Preston It's stands for everything you do, on and off the field."

"My message to this year's team has been a thing called the path which has really been a proven track record, " explains Coach Schlossnagle.

"If you put in the work you can reach major league baseball, it could be the college series for a team, but you do have the chance to reach your potential."

TCU's potential is another trip to the College World Series, and, the toad to Omaha starts Friday night.
