Sweet Tooth Alert! Dunkin' Donuts Tests Dallas Delivery Service

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM)Dunkin' Donuts has long served its entire menu all day long, but today company officials announced their  partnership with on-demand delivery service DoorDash to test Dunkin' Delivery service in Dallas.

Starting this week, from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., Dallas-area residents can use DoorDash to order their favorite Dunkin' Donuts products and their order will be delivered in less than 45 minutes.

"We are committed to seeking new ways to make our products even more accessible to our guests throughout the day," explained Dunkin' Donuts Vice President of Global Consumer Engagement Scott Hudler. "The ability to have Dunkin' items delivered directly to you is something that our guests have been requesting for some time. We are excited to launch this new test, and we will continue to evaluate a possible national rollout in the future."

DoorDash is an on-demand restaurant delivery service that currently offers delivery in 21 metropolitan markets including Dallas and more than 250 cities in the U.S. and Canada.

DoorDash service must be available in the in the area where you want Dunkin' Donuts delivered. To take advantage of the service the Dunkin' store must also be within five miles of your delivery location. Go to the DoorDash webpage or phone app to enter your zip code and check on Dunkin' Donuts delivery.

The DoorDash app is available the both Android or iOS.

Dunkin' executives say they will soon be partnering with DoorDash to test delivery service in other cities, including Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington D.C.
