Small chance for a cooling shower next few days around DFW!

There have been a few spotty showers around the DFW Metroplex this afternoon.  Some heavier downpours and thunderstorms have been located southeast of Dallas.

LOOPING RADAR

THIS EVENING:

A few isolated showers and storms will continue thru about sundown.  Coverage will be low in DFW, and slightly higher east of Dallas.

These isolated storms are generated by a weak upper level disturbance moving thru the central part of the state.

TOMORROW:

That upper level disturbance will still be nearby so isolated storms will be possible tomorrow afternoon.  Coverage like today will be low around 20%.

FRIDAY:

I'll keep just a small chance of rain in the forecast for Friday at 10%, but mainly dry.

WEEKEND

Hot and dry for the weekend with temperatures in the mid to upper 90s and not as windy.  Rain chances do return next week.
