Rain Chances Good

 

Lots of cloud cover for your Sunday but rain chances stay modest. Mostly just passing showers by afternoon with the activity picking up from the south as we close the day and get into the evening hours:

Rain chances pick up overnight and shift east by Monday afternoon:

On Tuesday a cold front pushes into north Texas and severe weather is possible. Where the front is located during the afternoon hours will determine where the highest threat of these storms exist. We'll have some rain lingering around Wednesday morning:

  

On Thursday the front to our south returns as a warm front, a good soaking rain is expected. With the rain chances in the forecast just about every day this week, rainfall amounts could add up to 2"-3" by the time we get to Thursday.

 

Cooler weather continues Wednesday and Thursday with the passage of the front. It looks like it warms up and dries out next weekend:
