Police: Texas Man Killed In Garbage Truck Trash Compactor

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — A 26-year-old man has been killed after getting caught in a trash compactor in Bexar County.
Sheriff's officials say the man, who worked for Metro Waste Systems, somehow became trapped inside the back of a garbage collection truck Tuesday.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Rosanne Hughes said the man was pronounced dead around 10:30 a.m. Officials are investigating the death as an accident.
