Update: Missing Garland Special Needs Woman Found
Update at 2 p.m. on May 4: Laurel Sullivan has been found safe and has been reunited with family
GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - Garland police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing special needs woman.
Laurel Sullivan, 43, was reported missing overnight. She was last seen in her apartment in the 6400 block of Duck Creek Dr.
Sullivan is described as 5'7" and 140 lbs. She has brown, shoulder-height hair and is wearing red glasses with blue jeans and a purple shirt.
Family members tell police Sullivan is quite shy.
Police say she might be in Rowlett, but that is not certain.
Anyone with information should call Garland police.
