Police Nab Smash 'N' Grab Suspects
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police have arrested two men suspected of slamming into a Love's Truck Stop convenience store and stealing a cash machine. The truck stop is located in the 8800 block of South Polk Street near Interstate 20 in Red Bird. Police arrested Michael Taylor, 19, and David Washington, 27, on a charge of theft of ATM.
A police helicopter found the pick-up truck used in the incident and officers arrested Washington and Taylor.
According to the police report, the incident was related to gang activity.
