A McKinney pastor is becoming a YouTube sensation.
Pastor Fred Thomas is gathering his flock in preparation for the return of his favorite brand of ice cream.
No matter where he is, Pastor Fred Thomas is ready to break into song.
It isn't just for people who pass by him in McKinney. Thousands have watched his Youtube videos heralding the return of the beloved ice cream.
That's the feeling Thomas could sense from the pulpit when he says he first got the inspiration to sing about Blue Bell's return.
Now whether it's on YouTube or stopping people on the street, Thomas is spreading the good news.
Blue Bell is expected to be back in North Texas stores sometime in the next two to four weeks.
