Passenger Files Lawsuit Against SWA For Sexual Advances
A lawsuit blames Southwest Airlines for allowing a woman to offer illegal drugs and make sexual advances to a 14-year old boy.
The suit was filed in Chicago on behalf of a Chicago area man who says his teenage son was harrassed on a Southwest flight to Florida. The complaint says a woman repeatedly made sexual advances and that the boy wanted to move. But the suit says the flight attendants said no and made the youth stay put. It goes on to say the boy was so flustered he refused to fly home until his father jumped on a plane and went down to Florida to get him. Southwest says it's aware of the lawsuit but is not commenting.
