Oklahoma Beats Baylor 3-2 In Big 12 Tourney

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A walk-off infield single lifted Oklahoma to a 3-2 win over top-seeded Baylor in the Big 12 baseball tournament in Oklahoma City.

Evan Mistich drove home Erik Ross from third base with two outs in the bottom of the ninth on Thursday to give OU (37-21) a second straight walk-off win. Garrett Carey homered in the bottom of the ninth Wednesday to give OU a 1-0 win over Oklahoma State.

Ross doubled with one out and -- after an intentional walk -- moved to third on a groundout before Mistich beat out a grounder to shortstop to drive in the winning run.

Steven Okert (8-6) picked up the win with two innings of scoreless relief while Dillon Newman (3-3) took the loss.

Baylor (43-13) will play Kansas State on Friday and Oklahoma will play the winner of the Baylor-K-State game on Saturday.
