North Richland Hills To Consider Smoking Ban
NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The North Richland Hills City Council will vote Monday night on tightening smoking restrictions in the city.
If passed, lighting up a cigarette will only be allowed on outdoor patios at restaurants.
Restrictions would ban smoking inside restaurants, most hotel rooms and within 25 feet of an entrance to a store, office, healthcare center or other public buildings.
City leaders told CBSDFW.COM they expect the measure to pass.
