As of yesterday it is now the wettest year ever recorded for our area. It is also the wettest November ever recorded and the wettest Fall ever recorded:

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH continues until tomorrow night for all of n. Texas:

Most of the day we'll have on and off light-to-moderate rain. Temperatures stay in the low 40's, wind chills stay in the 30's:

Its been raining since Thanksgiving day. Just take a gobbling gander at some of the 48hour rainfall totals across the area (as of this morning):

We are forecasting 1"-3" for inches of rain before it finally ends late Sunday night/early Monday morning:

Just enough in the forecast to keep the water up high. And this high water has been deadly this holiday with three deaths confirmed from the dangerous mix of cars, night and flooded roads. The Trinity River is back into major flood. Some of the area lakes went up 4'-5' just in the last 24 hours alone:

Highs tomorrow will get into the mid-40's, it won't be as windy. Heavy rain overnight into Sunday morning but we should have a dry work week as go into December:
