Mavs Seeking 'Huge' Fans For ManiAACs
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -- Are you a big Mavs fan? No, literally -- are you a HUGE Mavs fan? Then the Dallas Mavericks might be looking for you.
The team is looking for a few "larger-than-life personalities" to join the 2014-15 Mavs ManiAACs.
Who should apply?
"Men who are Mavs fanatics, beefy, love to dance and are at least 21 years of age who will be living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area during the 2014-15 season are encouraged to apply."
The ManiAACs were created during the 2002 playoffs to enhance the game experience for fans. Members are required to attend all home games, perform during games, and represent the Mavs at various community events.
Auditions will be held on Saturday, Aug 16 at 10 a.m. in the Carpenter Room at the Hilton Anatole Hotel at 2201 Stemmons Freeway.
