Mansfield Church Pastor Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child

MANSFIELD (CBSDFW) - A pastor in Mansfield faces charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Detectives from the Mansfield Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division are investigating Jose Luis Pizarro, 40, after receiving information that an 8-year-old girl told police he inappropriately touched her.
The crime allegedly happened at the Iglesia de Dios Nuevo Amanecer in Mansfield, where Pizarro is a pastor.
He's currently being held in the Mansfield jail with bond set at $500,000.
