The National Money Show at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is today through Saturday (3/3-5). This is the biggest, most educational coin show in the country. They'll have historic gold coins like the famous 1913 Liberty Head nickel valued at $3 million, the 1804 Draped Bust dollar (insured for $3 million) and rare, uncut paper currency sheets.
The Texas Tribute to Elvis Festival is tomorrow through Sunday (3/4-6) at Southfork Ranch. This festival honoring the life, music and fans of Elvis Presley will feature Elvis themed shows, including some of the world's best Elvis tribute artists.
The All Out Trinity Festival Trinity River Levee Run is happening Saturday (3/5).
The 2016 National Storm Conference is blowing…get it…blowing into town Saturday (3/5) at the Colleyville Center. Speakers will deliver presentations on severe weather safety, storm spotter training and in-depth discussions on supercell and tornado meteorology.
Walker Stalker Con 2016 is Saturday and Sunday (3/5-6) at the Kat Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and it is what its name implies…all things zombie and beyond. This deal will also feature the stars of your favorite shows like the Walking Dead, The Vampire Diaries, Gotham, American Horror Story, Dr.Who and Face Off Winners
This is something different. An Easter Bacon Hunt is Sunday (3/6) at Main Street Garden in Dallas. Dogs and their humans will take part in costume contests, an Easter Bacon Hunt in which dogs and their owner line up in front of a field full of human-grade bacon to hunt until every last piece is gone!

Experience Hendrix is at Verizon Theater tonight. (3/3) It will feature great guitarists paying tribute to Jimi Hendrix. Among those taking part… Buddy Guy, Zakk Wylde, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dweezil Zappa, and Eric Johnson.
The Texas Guitar Competition and Festival is tomorrow and Saturday (3/4-5) at University of Texas Dallas. This unique Texas competition showcases outstanding classical guitar students and will award approximately $8,000 in cash prizes to the winners.
