Garbage Truck Wreck Injures Two
WISE COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Two people were injured in Wise County when a garbage truck crashed Monday morning.
According to Trooper Lonny Haschel with the Texas Department of Public Safety, the truck was headed north on Farm Road 51 when the driver tried to take a turn too fast.
The driver of the truck, which is owned by Midwest waste Services, suffered serious injuries in the wreck.
A passenger was also hurt.
The road closed for several hours as emergency responders cleared the mess left by the crash.
