Garbage Truck Fire Spreads To Grass Near Burleson

JOHNSON COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Southbound I-35 W just south of the Burleson city limits reopened at Highway 917 South around 5:45 p.m. Monday.
A garbage truck caught fire around 2:30 p.m.
That fire then spread to the grass.
Fire crews were able to put out the flames, but traffic backed up for miles.
