FORT WORTH (CBS11) - Residents in one North Fort Worth neighborhood say they are fed up with their electricity randomly cutting off for what they say is no apparent reason.

Scott Rounds who live in the Parkland Hills subdivision says when he woke up Thursday morning his power was off again.

Rounds, who works from home and depends on the power being on to get his job done, says, "It's very frustrating... "It would be nice for them to figure out a resolution to what is going on."

A spokesperson for ONCOR released the following statement:

We work hard to provide reliable electric service and know any electric outage is an inconvenience to our customers. While this area has experienced outages for multiple reasons beyond our control like weather and vehicle accidents, we are committed to identifying any ways we can improve reliability and our crews have been working in the area today. Oncor remains committed to delivering safe and reliable service to all our customers.
