DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Students from A. Maceo Smith New Tech High School in Dallas are dancing their way through the school's hallways.

With the help of director/theatre arts teacher, Scot Pankey they created "Uptown Funk Dance" video. Pankey takes the lead as students join him along the way dancing to the popular tune "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars.

It shows how technology students can work together with the guidance of a teacher to have fun while exhibiting their technological talents.

The camera crew, students Bryan Urraca, Albert Robledo, Johan Cruz and editor/producer Jonathan Vega do a great job of capturing the fun they all experienced making the video. Most of the shots were taken with the camera crew walking backwards.
